Perogy Casserole

  • 16 - 20 perogies
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 TBSP butter
  • 1/2 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 10 oz can of mushroom soup
  1. In a small skillet, melt butter and saute onion and green pepper for 5 minutes.
  2. In a casserole dish, combine frozen perogies, onion, green pepper and ham.
  3. Combine milk and soup, and pour over casserole. Top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes, or microwave until heated through.
  1. You can substitute vegetables and soup for whatever you have on hand. For example, frozen peas, beans or corn work well, too, as does cream of celery or broccoli soup. (Dec 10, 2018)
