Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • oil
  • salt and pepper or spices to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Season the pork tenderloin as desired.
  3. Heat oven safe skillet on medium high. Add a little oil then sear the tenderloin on all sides (3) for about 2.5 - 3 minutes per side.
  4. Finish cooking in the oven, cooking for 10 - 15 minutes, or until internal temperature of 145° is reached.
  5. Let rest 5-10 minutes before cutting.
